Park Cottage

Park Cottage is a traditional Skye crofthouse built in the 1890s and was completely renovated throughout in 2017.

Graded 4 star by VisitScotland, it is in a great location for visiting north and central Skye and all that the area offers.

The cottage sits at the end of the Park Bernisdale crofting township, 9 miles from Portree in a very private, peaceful and beautiful location with absolutely no passing traffic whatsoever.

Ideal for a couple only or up to a maximum of 4 people including children aged 8 and over, it is available from any day of the week subject to a minimum 3 night stay.
Sorry but I do not allow pets.

The open plan sitting/dining room is furnished in a very homely style including a log burner with a supply of logs provided. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite, including a big shower. There is a second shower room downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs (a single and a double) that have coombed ceilings to the sides and are well appointed but much smaller. The well equipped kitchen includes washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, etc. There is fully adjustable electric heating throughout. All bedding, towels and electricity included with absolutely no extra charges.

There is a 3 night minimum stay and I ask for a £100 refundable damage deposit with each booking which I usually return within 2 days of departure, given no issues.
