Birches Caravan

'Birches' is a large 3 bedroom static caravan (38'x12') situated by the sea in the village of Waterloo, with panoramic views across Broadford Bay to the Red Cuillins and the Applecross Hills.

The caravan is an ideally situated for exploring Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross, being just one mile from the main village of Broadford which boasts all the amenities you need, such as a couple of grocery stores, craft shops, petrol station, chemist, post office, hospital, health centre and various eating and drinking places.

The accommodation comprises an open plan well-appointed lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas cooker and utensils, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

The bathroom comprises a WC, shower and wash hand basin. A gas combination boiler provides instant hot water and central heating throughout the caravan.

There is a small 32 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player with a small selection of DVD's.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Strictly no smoking inside the caravan. Pets are accommodated by request, first pet free but a small charge for more than 1 dog. Children are very welcome and there is ample private off road parking. There is also a large deck area where you can sit and relax of and evening, listening to the waves lapping on the shore 100 metres away while enjoying beautiful sunsets over Broadford Bay and the Red Cuillins.

Prices
£350 per week.

Weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday.

Terms
non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required upon booking and the balance paid 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental.

Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date, shall be deemed as a cancellation of the contract by the client. For bookings made less that 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental, the total fee is payable on booking.

From the Skye Bridge: turn right at the roundabout (A87) and continue for about 6 miles. As you enter Harrapool turn first right and continue for 300 metres, Rowans Caravan is on the right.
